HumanShot is a human image and video generation API. The Site is informational and lets you request a pricing quote. Models, prices, latency figures, and SLA terms shown on the Site are indicative and do not by themselves form a contract. Any commercial relationship is governed by a separate written quote and agreement.

Use the Site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its forms, and do not submit unlawful, infringing, or deliberately false content.

A quote request is not an order or a binding offer. We respond with a written quote, which you are free to accept or decline.

The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may update the Site and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
